St. Catherine’s Vocational School is one of fifteen second-level schools administered by the Donegal Education and Training Board. Programmes on offer include, Junior Certificate, Leaving Certificate Vocational Programme, Transition Year, Nursing Studies, Early Childhood Care FETAC Level 5.
The Senior Cycle (Leaving Certificate) is taken by pupils from 5th to 6th year.
Subjects: Accountancy, Agricultural Science, Art, Biology, Business, Chemistry, Construction Studies, Design & Communication Graphics, Engineering, English, Geography, History, Home Economics, Irish, LCVP, Mathematics, Music, PE, Physics
Transition Year is on an optional basis after Junior Cert and includes a range of activities and initiatives throughout the year.
If you want to fast-track your way into employment or need a stepping stone into third level with nationally and internationally recognised qualifications then consider applying for a Post Leaving Certificate (PLC) course.
